"It is given to whomever needs it and should be received from whoever will give it - that's how you love neighbours."

As we look forward to our next Alpha Course in September, Pastor Steve Jones shares how there is a season change for the Christian faith happening in our nation and in our city. Reading from Mark 10, Steve encourages us to love our neighbours well, to be like Jesus, to stop in our busyness and listen to those in need, and look out for those who are starting to express faith.

Our next Alpha Course starts on 24th September 2025 and you can find all the details here: occ.org.uk/alpha

  • Bake Off - We will also be having a Great OCC Bake Off!! So budding bakers, do bring along your creations! This is open to all ages, so you can enter as a family and include kids, and there will be prizes. Please register here.
  • Volunteers - And we could also do with some volunteers to make it all happen. So if you're able to lend a hand at any point during the day, please sign up here.
