Bill is the Senior Leader of Bethel Church in Redding, California. He serves a growing number of churches that have partnered for revival, and is passionate about hosting God's presence, and seeing his Kingdom come on the earth.
This event is hosted by Oxford Community Church and School of the Spirit, and is open to all.
